Chief Executive Officer

At LEAP ABA Therapy, our mission is to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their fullest potential through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Led by Ann Gathura, BCBA, LBA, our team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is dedicated to providing exceptional autism services for families throughout Dallas, Texas.

We believe that every child deserves a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Our clinical team works closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure therapy is consistent across home, school, and community settings.

Parents are an essential part of every child's success. That's why we provide ongoing parent collaboration, education, and support throughout the therapy process. Our clinical team meets regularly to review each child's progress, update treatment goals, and ensure every program continues to meet the child's evolving needs.
